Primary Responsibilities:

• Review project schedules and oversee maintenance tasks to ensure adherence to planned timelines.
• Monitor and report daily progress, keeping task statuses updated for effective cross-department coordination.
• Authorize and validate additional work as needed, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
• Identify and communicate recurring technical issues to promote continuous improvement and fleet reliability.
• Oversee safety practices during maintenance activities and promptly escalate any concerns.
• Participate actively in safety management efforts by adhering to regulations and reporting incidents or hazards.
• Manage cost efficiency by aligning work with contractual obligations while prioritizing operational safety.
• Prepare reports, validate billing, and perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering and associated engineering course
• Five (5) years engineer in L&BME or
• One (1) year Base Aircraft Mechanic
